Oven Baked Mostacholi
1 pound bulk mild Italian sausage
1 medium green bell pepper
1 large chopped onion
5 cups chopped meatless spaghetti sauce
1 – 16 ounce package mostacholi noodles
4 cups mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, grated
Cook mostacholi according to package directions for firm pasta.
Brown the sausage, onions and green pepper until meat is no longer pink inside.
Stir often to break up the sausage. Drain.
Add sauce, bring mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Put small amount of sauce into the bottom of baking dish.
Layer one half of the pasta over the sauce and add 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese.
Cover with 2 cups of sauce.
Repeat layers. Top with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 30-45 minutes.

This is delicious! The green pepper gives it a very nice flavor. I'll definitely be making this.
